Franklin Street Works is an award-winning, not-for-profit contemporary art space and café that creates original museum-quality exhibitions and engaging educational programs. The organization’s goals include broadening community participation in the arts, contributing to a larger arts dialogue, and cultivating emerging artists.

To date, Franklin Street Works has exhibited the work of more than 350 artists, curated 30 original exhibitions, and organized approximately 130 programs, including talks, tours, and performances. This work has received national and regional support, including two, multi-year grants from the Andy Warhol Foundation for the Visual Arts as well as grants from Fairfield County’s Community Foundation, Connecticut Office of the Arts, and more.

The Café at Franklin Street Works is a popular destination for coffee, casual lunch, brunch and friendly gatherings. The venue is available for rent, and the Café also offers catering services.
